Commission TOS

Please note that my turnaround time is very slow due to my life being chaotic!! It oscillates a ton where you can get something within a week and others within months, please be aware of this!-I can only accept Paypal, ko-fi and da points [1 USD/100 points]
-When ordering a comm another character will double the price! Ex. 1 fullbody is 50$ and 2 fullbodies are 100$!
-Including some props [ex certain Splatoon weapons] and backgrounds come with a fee depending on the complexity of it.
-If you want a specific style that I did, flat colors or some sort of background, you can send me a drawing of mine in it and we can figure something out!
-The art is only for personal use and can be used with credit, no need to ask for permission-I have the right to decline a commission
-Full payment upfront and I will only do refunds if I didn't start the commission yet
-Unless it's a custom, I need a reference in order to draw something
-I will update you on my progress, you are free to ask for an update if I don't do so in a while, just don't rush me
-Please tell me if you want your commission to be kept private
-Do not use or sell my art as an NFT, any other blockchain projects or crypto related stuffDesign rules:
-you may not resell the design for more than you got it for

-you can redesign a design you got as much as you want
